Who is Ginger Mountain Fitness?

Hi, I’m Matt! I have created Ginger Mountain Fitness to be a platform and resource for you, the athlete. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, with many years experience in the Physical Therapy world. With that I also have a love for all things endurance sports and enjoying them injury free.

Whether you are pushing the limits of your body on a consistant basis, a weekend warrior who wants to stay injury free, or are training for your first big race, strength training is a needed aspect of your routine. With an increased focus on strength and mobility, you will find great success towards your goals and I am here to help!

How I Can Help

  • Virtual 1:1 training is a way for you to receive custom workouts, just for you, that you can complete on your own time. Whether you are at home with limited equipment, or have a gym membership but are not sure what routine will be best for you, I can help!

  • $65 per one hour session

    -If you are in New Hampshire or Vermont and would like an In Person session, contact me and we can set up a time for you to train right in Ginger Mountain Fitness HQ!

    -I will perform a screening assessment for you to assess specific areas that might need more attention, then run you through a workout that you will be able to continue on your own.

  • $100/month

    - You will receive a custom work out plan based on your goals and any focus areas found in the initial screening

    -You will have access to the Trainerize app where you will find your workouts and videos to help with form

    -24/5 direct messaging with myself for any questions that may come up about the program, specific exercises, recovery, etc…

  • $150/month

    -Are you local but would like a little more than a single in-person session?

    -This Hybrid program gives you a single in-person training session per month combined with everything the Virtual plan gives you
